Refund policy

Our products are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Gumroad's refund policy and applicable consumer law.

Requesting help or a refund

Email myfirstbookprojectedu@gmail.com and include:

The email address used for the purchase
The title of the purchased book
A brief description of the issue

We respond within 24 hours. If the problem involves a missing, incorrect or inaccessible file, we will first help restore access or provide the correct file.

How requests are handled

Gumroad processes the transaction as the merchant of record and may make the final decision on refunds, chargebacks and payment disputes. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take additional time to appear, depending on the payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the buyer's location.
