Terms of use
These terms apply to the My First Book Project website and the digital products offered through it. By purchasing or using a product, you agree to these terms and to any applicable Gumroad checkout terms.
Digital products
My First Book Project products are digital PDF files. No physical item will be shipped. Product pages describe the format, contents and age recommendation for each collection.
Purchase and access
Payments are processed by Gumroad. Access is provided immediately after successful payment through the checkout confirmation and purchase receipt. The buyer is responsible for entering a valid email address and maintaining access to the device, software and printing equipment needed to use the PDF.
Personal-use license
Purchasing a product grants a personal, non-transferable license. It does not transfer ownership of the artwork, text or other intellectual property. Sharing, redistribution, resale, commercial use and classroom-wide distribution are prohibited unless separate written permission is provided. Read the complete Digital Product License.
Prices and availability
Prices and product availability may change. The price displayed in the Gumroad checkout at the time of purchase is the final product price before any taxes or currency conversion applied by the platform. Products marked “Launching soon” are not available for purchase.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, Gumroad's current refund policy and applicable consumer law.
Educational use and supervision
Age ranges are recommendations, not guarantees of a specific educational result. Adults are responsible for choosing age-appropriate activities and supervising children when printing, coloring or using materials.
Website and file availability
We work to keep product descriptions and files accurate and available. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, internet services or third-party platforms. If a purchased file is missing, incorrect or inaccessible, contact us so we can help.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to products, services or applicable requirements. Questions can be sent to myfirstbookprojectedu@gmail.com. We respond within 24 hours.
